Narendar Mohan Hospital, Mohan Nagar

Narendar Mohan Hospital, completed in 2018 at Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, the largest commission in P Kumar Associates' portfolio. The project marked a substantial shift in scale from the firm's residential work, into healthcare infrastructure with the design and operational complexity that typology demands. Designed in collaboration with RJB Architects Pvt. Ltd.

A hospital is a different building than a residence in nearly every respect, services density, regulatory environment, materials specification, sequencing around eventual operations. Executing a project at this scale required PKA to coordinate across a broader supply chain and longer programme than any of the firm's residential commissions.

Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
