Construction, interiors, furniture.
One practice.

Residential and commercial construction, renovation, and interior fit-out, executed end to end with the founder on every site. The doors, cabinetry, and furniture that finish a room come from our own workshop.

Residential Construction

The firm builds independent houses, villas, and multi-family residences across Delhi NCR, working from the architect's drawings through the full build cycle: structure and RCC frame, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and finishing. A site engineer runs each project day to day, with a weekly progress note and photographs, and billing itemised against measured work. Material is specified with the architect and drawn from the trades the firm has worked with for years, so the same standard holds from the slab to the last coat of paint.

Commercial Construction

The firm builds commercial and institutional projects: office floors, showrooms, and institutional buildings, in RCC and steel frame. The scope runs from structure through services, raised flooring, HVAC, and the fire and life-safety provisions the code requires, coordinated with the structural and MEP consultants on the drawing. Municipal approvals and the NOCs that go with them are handled alongside the build, and the programme is set to the client's timeline and reviewed on site.

Renovation & Restoration

Older buildings are their own kind of work. The firm starts a renovation with a structural assessment and a waterproofing survey, then sets a phased plan that keeps disruption to the occupants down. The work runs from structural repair and re-waterproofing to facade repair, window replacement, and full interior overhaul, with the electrical and plumbing brought up to current practice as the building is opened up. Timelines vary more than a ground-up build. A single-floor refresh runs about four months; a full house taken back to the frame can run to eighteen. Old drawings are rarely reliable, so the firm takes measured surveys at the start and confirms the scope against what the building actually is, not what the paper says. Where the family stays in the house through the work, the plan is phased room by room, so there is always a part of the home to live in, and the programme is reviewed fortnightly once the survey is in.

Interior Design & Fit-out

The interior work runs from space planning to the last piece of furniture. Much of it is made in the firm's own workshop: doors, cabinetry, tables, and joinery, drawn to the room and built in-house rather than bought in. On site the scope covers ceilings, panelling, flooring, lighting, and the wet areas, coordinated with the architect's drawings and finished to the same standard as the base build. A fit-out is only as good as its coordination. The firm sequences the interior trades around the architect's drawings and the base build, so the services sit where the ceiling plan expects them and the finishes meet without a patch. Samples are approved before anything is cut, and the workshop builds prototypes of the joinery-heavy pieces, so a client sees a door or a cabinet in the actual material before the run is made. Standalone furniture commissions, outside of a building project, are taken selectively.
