A 9,900 square-foot residence in EROS Garden, Faridabad, built for Mrs. Reena Singh. Designed in collaboration with Smita Singh — a new design partnership for the firm — and executed by P Kumar Associates over 2020–2021.
The Faridabad commission marked PKA's entry into the EROS Garden residential market and a substantial scale of residential work, with built area approaching ten thousand square feet. The site presented the typical constraints of a planned-colony plot: defined setbacks, party walls, and a deep services corridor along the rear.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
