A 1991 residence in Malviya Nagar, sited within walking distance of P Kumar Associates' first Malviya Nagar commission of the same year. The smallest project in the firm's founding-year portfolio, a single-family residence on a compact MCD-sanctioned plot.
Designed in collaboration with Ashish Raj Pal & Associates. Three commissions in the founding year, two in Malviya Nagar, one in Nehru Enclave, together established the practice's South Delhi residential focus, a centre of gravity that would persist for the next two decades.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
