Sited in Nehru Enclave near Kalkaji, this 1991 project marked P Kumar Associates' first commission outside the Malviya Nagar–Hauz Khas corridor that anchored the firm's earliest work.
Nehru Enclave was, at the time, a relatively new planned colony from the 1980s, still settling into its mature streetscape. The project's brief and execution followed the residential typology shared across PKA's three founding-year commissions, all designed in collaboration with Ashish Raj Pal & Associates.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
