A 2010 residence in Malviya Nagar, designed in-house by P. Kumar & Associates. The project marked a return to the neighbourhood that had anchored the firm's founding-year commissions in 1991, nearly two decades after the two original Malviya Nagar residences.
By 2010, Malviya Nagar's plots had been built and rebuilt across a generation. This project sat within the second wave of construction in the colony, replacement homes on plots whose original 1980s structures had passed their useful life. In-house design continued the working pattern PKA had established with its 2008 Hauz Khas commission.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
