The 2011 commission extended a service line P Kumar Associates had begun two decades earlier with the 1994 Sabarwals Housing renovation in DLF Phase 1. The project's location in Malviya Nagar reflected a broader pattern of long-term clients returning to PKA for second-generation work on homes the firm had originally helped to build or sat near.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
