Office Interior at Wave One, Sector 18, Noida

A 950 square-foot office fit-out for Marichin Technologies Pvt Ltd inside Wave One, Sector-18, Noida, executed across 2022–23. Designed in collaboration with Parul Sabarwal, the architect who would later partner with PKA on the 2025–26 Malviya Nagar renovation.

The brief covered the full interior scope — partitions, finishes, joinery, furniture, and services coordination — within a tenant-fit envelope of an active commercial tower. Wave One's Sector-18 location anchors one of Noida's busiest mixed-use corridors, where fit-out work runs against the constraints of building management approvals, freight-lift slots, and after-hours execution windows.

Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of interior works, furniture, and handover.
