Residential Building in DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon

A 2,844 square-foot residence in DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon, executed across 2023–24. The project ranks among the largest residential commissions in P Kumar Associates' portfolio, and the largest of the firm's long-running collaboration with D.D Roy (Design Concept) — a partnership stretching back to the 2006 Greater Kailash Enclave project.

Thirty-one years separated PKA's first DLF commission, the 1992 DLF Phase 1 project, from this one in DLF Phase 4. In that span, both Gurgaon and the firm's working market within it had transformed substantially — from early township residential work into premium villa construction at a scale several times the firm's earlier output.

Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
