A residence in Shivalik, designed in collaboration with D.D Roy (Design Concept). Shivalik, sited within the Malviya Nagar–Hauz Khas residential corridor of South Delhi, was a neighbourhood P Kumar Associates would return to several times across the 2010s — in 2015 and again in 2018.
The early 2010s D.D Roy commissions formed a recognisable cluster in the firm's portfolio: multi-Crore residential work in established South Delhi colonies, executed across a five-year design partnership that had begun in Greater Kailash Enclave in 2006.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
