A structural commission unlike any other project in P Kumar Associates' portfolio — the construction of a bridge connecting two cores at East Delhi Mall (EDM). Designed in collaboration with Abhijeet Ghosh.
The brief sat outside the residential typology that defined the bulk of the firm's work, requiring structural execution within an active commercial property. The project preceded by a year the firm's substantially larger commercial work at Narendar Mohan Hospital and the Rajouri Garden complex, and signalled PKA's growing capacity for non-residential structural work.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of structural works, finishing, and handover.
