A return to Malviya Nagar with Sumit Das (Metal Gothic), twenty-six years after PKA's founding-year work in the neighbourhood.
A 2017 residence in Malviya Nagar, P Kumar Associates' return to the neighbourhood that had anchored the firm's founding-year commissions in 1991. Twenty-six years separated the original founding-year project from this one. Designed in collaboration with Sumit Das (Metal Gothic).
The 2017 Malviya Nagar plot followed the broader pattern of the colony's redevelopment, original 1980s and early-1990s structures, including some PKA had once helped to build, were by this point reaching the end of their useful life and being replaced by new residences for second- and third-generation owners.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
