A 2018 commercial complex at S-1, Janta Market, Rajouri Garden — P Kumar Associates' first commission in West Delhi, and one of three commercial projects the firm executed across 2017–2018 alongside the EDM Bridge and Narendar Mohan Hospital. Designed in collaboration with Sumit Das & Associates.
Rajouri Garden anchors one of West Delhi's most active commercial corridors, with Janta Market sitting within the colony's established retail spine. The commission marked PKA's expansion into commercial typology under a design partnership that had, until that point, focused almost exclusively on residential work.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
