A residence in Lajpat Nagar-I, designed in collaboration with Sumit Das (Metal Gothic). The 2017 project extended P Kumar Associates' Metal Gothic partnership into Lajpat Nagar — one of South Delhi's older established residential and commercial colonies, sited along the Ring Road corridor.
Lajpat Nagar's residential streets, distinct from the busier market areas the colony is best known for, anchor a long-settled clientele. The commission sat within the firm's by-then-standard residential band.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
