A return to Noida nearly two decades after the firm's first project there, built with Sumit Das & Associates.
A residence in Sector 122, Noida, P Kumar Associates' return to the city eighteen years after the firm's first Noida project, the 1999 Manoranjan commission in Sector 14. Designed in collaboration with Sumit Das & Associates.
Sector 122 sat within Noida's expressway-adjacent residential development of the 2010s, a different urban character from the established Sector 14 streets where PKA had first worked. The project reflected the firm's standard mid-decade residential band.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
