A 1993 residence in DLF Phase 1, designed in collaboration with Kaushal Sheth & Associates — the first of several projects PKA would execute with the practice over the following decades. The largest project in the firm's portfolio at that point.
DLF Phase 1 in 1993 was a developing residential pocket where many of PKA's early Gurgaon clients chose to build, drawn by larger plot sizes and the township's planned infrastructure. The Kaushal Sheth partnership begun here would later produce projects in Sabarwals Housing, SDA, and Hauz Khas Enclave through the 1990s and 2000s.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
