A 2000 residence in Safdurjang Development Area, built for Mr. Rajat Dhanda. Designed in collaboration with Kaushal Sheth & Associates — a partnership now in its seventh year, having begun with the DLF Phase 1 projects of 1993.
Safdurjang Development Area, sited between Hauz Khas and Vasant Vihar, anchored a quieter premium residential market than its neighbours but with comparable plot sizes and clientele. The project marked the start of PKA's working presence in SDA, a neighbourhood the firm would return to in 2015 with a larger commission.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
