THE BRIEF
A second 1993–94 DLF Phase 1 residence, consolidating PKA's growing presence in the township.
A 1993–94 residence in DLF Phase 1, designed in collaboration with Kaushal Sheth & Associates. Sited a short distance from the firm's earlier DLF Phase 1 commission of the same year, the project consolidated PKA's growing presence in the township during its early development years.
The pair of Kaushal Sheth projects in DLF Phase 1 across 1993 formed the start of a multi-decade design partnership that would carry through to projects in Hauz Khas, Sarvodaya Enclave, and Safdurjang Development Area.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
