A 2005 residence in Hauz Khas, built for Mr. Sunil Dugal. The project marked P Kumar Associates' first collaboration with Shah & Associates as design partner.
By the mid-2000s, PKA's portfolio had settled into a recognisable South Delhi premium residential market, with named clients drawn from medicine, civil service, and the senior professional classes. The Hauz Khas project continued a sequence of commissions in the neighbourhood that would extend across the decade.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
