P Kumar Associates' first collaboration with D.D Roy (Design Concept), a partnership that would produce some of the firm's largest residential commissions.
A 2006 residence in G.K. Enclave Part 3, and the first project P Kumar Associates executed with D.D Roy (Design Concept) as design partner. The collaboration would prove to be among the firm's most substantial, eventually producing the large-budget Vasant Vihar (2012), Sarvodaya Enclave (2013), G.K. II (2014), and DLF Phase 4 (2023) commissions.
Greater Kailash Enclave Part 3, like its neighbours, anchors a premium South Delhi residential pocket with mature streetscape and a long-settled clientele. The project sat squarely within the typology of PKA's mid-2000s work.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
