A return to Vasant Vihar in 1997, extending P Kumar Associates' work in South Delhi's premium residential pocket.
A 1997 residence in Vasant Vihar — P Kumar Associates' second commission in the neighbourhood, following the larger Poorvi Marg project of the previous year. Designed in collaboration with Pradeep Sharma & Associates.
Vasant Vihar's residential streets and the brief of a typical neighbourhood plot anchored a more conventional commission than the Poorvi Marg work, but at a scale that reflected the address. The two consecutive Vasant Vihar projects established PKA's standing as a builder for the neighbourhood's residential market.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
