A late-1990s Geetanjali residence, designed with Pradeep Sharma & Associates.
A 1998 residence in Geetanjali, a quieter South Delhi colony adjacent to the Malviya Nagar pocket where P Kumar Associates had begun its work seven years earlier. Designed in collaboration with Pradeep Sharma & Associates.
The late-1990s residential market in South Delhi was settling into an established premium tier. The Geetanjali project sat firmly within this band and continued PKA's design partnership with Pradeep Sharma & Associates that had begun in DLF Phase 1 in 1992.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
