P Kumar Associates' first Noida project, built for Mr. Manoranjan, IAS, Chief Secretary.
P Kumar Associates' first Noida commission, completed in 1999 in Sector 14, for Mr. Manoranjan (IAS, Chief Secretary). The project marked the firm's expansion into the Noida residential market, an extension of its East-of-Delhi work that would continue through Sector 122 nearly two decades later.
Designed in collaboration with Ashok Dhawan & Associates, a new design partnership for the firm. Sector 14 in 1999 was among Noida's older established residential sectors, settled and quiet, closer in character to the senior-civil-service streets of South Delhi than to the high-rise Noida that would emerge in the 2000s.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
