Sector 23 in Gurgaon represents a more recently developed residential pocket than the firm's earlier DLF Phase 1 work, sited closer to the Old Gurgaon road and away from the high-rise corridors that came to define New Gurgaon in the 2010s. The three concurrent projects formed a recognisable cluster in PKA's mid-decade output.
