An SDA residence, P Kumar Associates' first collaboration with Brahma Chimanwal & Associates.
A residence in Safdurjang Development Area, P Kumar Associates' return to SDA fifteen years after the firm's first project in the neighbourhood, the 2000 Rajat Dhanda commission with Kaushal Sheth & Associates. The new project sat at a scale several times the size of its predecessor.
Designed in collaboration with Brahma Chimanwal & Associates, a new design partnership for the firm. The 2015 commission reflected SDA's slow consolidation into the upper tier of South Delhi residential addresses, alongside neighbouring Vasant Vihar and Hauz Khas.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
