A residence in Vasant Vihar, designed in collaboration with Sumit K Das (Metal Gothic). The second project of PKA's working relationship with the Metal Gothic studio, following the 2013 Saket commission.
The Vasant Vihar project sat among the firm's larger residential commissions of the mid-2010s. The address — Vasant Vihar's quieter inner streets, distinct from the diplomatic Poorvi Marg axis — continued PKA's nearly two decades of work in the neighbourhood, going back to the 1996 commission with Pradeep Sharma & Associates.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
