THE BRIEF
A Shivalik residence with Sumit K Das (Metal Gothic), continuing the firm's mid-2010s design partnership.
A residence in Shivalik, designed in collaboration with Sumit K Das (Metal Gothic). The third project of P Kumar Associates' working relationship with the Metal Gothic studio, following Saket (2013) and Vasant Vihar (2014).
Shivalik had been part of PKA's portfolio since the 2012 D.D Roy commission in the same neighbourhood. The 2015 return to the neighbourhood, under a different design partnership, reflected the firm's pattern of building long working relationships with both architects and locations.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
