A residence in Vishkarma Colony, completing a three-project 2016 cycle that P Kumar Associates executed with Sumit Das & Associates, alongside the two Sector 23 Gurgaon commissions of the same year.
Vishkarma Colony, sited in East Delhi, anchored a different geography for the firm than its core South Delhi and Gurgaon work. The three concurrent 2016 projects together represent the productive mid-decade phase of PKA's design partnership with the Sumit Das studio.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor, full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
