A residence in Greater Kailash II — P Kumar Associates' largest residential commission to that point. Designed in collaboration with D.D Roy (Design Concept), in what would be the largest of the firm's D.D Roy projects until the 2023 DLF Phase 4 villa exceeded it.
Greater Kailash II's residential character anchors a recognisable South Delhi typology — large plots, mature trees, established families. The project's scale signalled the ceiling of the residential market in which PKA was working by the mid-2010s, and previewed the still-larger commissions the firm would take on in commercial work later in the decade.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
