A residence in Vasant Vihar, designed in collaboration with D.D Roy (Design Concept). The project began a sequence of substantial early-2010s residential commissions that PKA would execute with D.D Roy across Shivalik, Sarvodaya Enclave, and Greater Kailash II.
The project sat firmly within the residential band that had become the firm's primary working market by the early 2010s. Vasant Vihar's premium residential character, established when PKA first worked there in 1996, had only deepened across the intervening decades.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
