A residence in Sarvodaya Enclave, designed in collaboration with D.D Roy (Design Concept). The project sits within the early-2010s D.D Roy cluster — a sequence of substantial South Delhi commissions across Vasant Vihar, Shivalik, Sarvodaya, and (the following year) Greater Kailash II.
Sarvodaya Enclave's residential streets, tucked between Hauz Khas and IIT Delhi, anchor a quieter premium South Delhi pocket with mature streetscape and a long-settled clientele. The commission sat within the firm's now-established residential band.
Executed by P Kumar Associates as the principal contractor — full scope of civil works, finishing, and handover.
