A 2013 residence in Saket — P Kumar Associates' first commission with Sumit K Das (Metal Gothic) as design partner. The collaboration would prove to be among the most prolific in the firm's history, producing residences across Vasant Vihar, Shivalik, Lajpat Nagar, Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad through the rest of the decade.
Saket in 2013 sat at the intersection of Delhi's older South Delhi colonies and the newer institutional development around Press Enclave. The Metal Gothic studio's arrival in PKA's portfolio coincided with a shift toward more design-forward residential work across the firm's commissions.
